Typical Monday

8.50am
Arrives at school by taxi. Taken to class by (SEN) Auxiliary.
8.50 - 9.00am
Registration and social time with his class. (SEN) Auxiliary supervises from a distance.
9.00am
School library with his class.
9.20am
Goes to the Support Base where he works with Senior Teacher (SEN) on fine motor control skills. (SEN) Auxiliary remains with class and works with mainstream children. 9.40am
Rejoins his class in the library and returns with them to his class.
9.40 - 10.25am
Completes his weekend diary with 1:1 support from (SEN) Auxiliary. Mum has described his weekend in his home/school diary. Retells this for scribing.
10.25-10.45am
Playtime - supervised by (SEN) Auxiliary from distance.
11.00 - 11.25am
Joins a small group of SEN children for time in the ball pool. Auxiliary also does some neck strengthening exercises as designed by the Physiotherapist.
11.25 - 12.00pm
Joins his class and the other P1 classes for singing in the hall.
12.00 - 1.20pm
Lunch - supervised from a distance in dining hall and playground by SEN staff who stagger their lunch.
1.20 - 2.00pm
Completes differentiated number work with 1:1 supervision from (SEN) Auxiliary.
2.00 - 2.30pm
Works in a small group with SFL Teacher on initial sounds.
2.30 - 2.45pm
Completes differentiated language work with 1:1 supervises from (SEN) Auxiliary.
2.45 - 3.00pm
Joins class for a story time. Auxiliary supervises from a distance and completes home/school diary.
3.00pm
Home time - met by Gran.
